We implement financial systems! After a careful and proper business analysis, we determine the best and most cost-effective route to implement an effective financial system. From small to large businesses we will setup, train and maintain your financial system until complete hand-over. All mainstream financial packages are covered, but some not-so- mainstream packages are also considered depending on the level of control you require.

Financial / ERP systems include Syspro, Pastel, Accpac and SAP and we cover all modules including manufacturing. Another system will definitely be proposed if it's found to suit your business needs and requirements better than the aforementioned systems. A need has also arisen to bring the original design of financial, production and management systems, and the results of implementation in line with each other. Many systems are simply not fulfilling the initial requirements determined at the onset of the project. We can bring this back in line taking into consideration the change of requirements over time.

    These changes in requirements can be due to many factors:
  • Increase / decrease in turnover;
  • Increase / decrease in staff;
  • Additional functionality required; and/or
  • Training requirements never fulfilled / changed

    Particular attention is given to ERP systems including Bill of Materials, Work in Progress and Forecasting / MRP modules on all above systems. We will assist in "cleaning up" your database as it is a common occurrence to have unwanted data, e.g. stock codes, customer codes, etc. after years of working on the same financial system without any proper maintenance being performed. This assistance is extended towards developing a proper IT Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and testing of backups, especially in preparation for an IT audit.
